Do you really charge zero transaction fees?

Yes. Spatula charges a flat monthly fee per store. We never take a percentage of your orders. The only payment processing fees are Stripe’s standard rates (1.75% + 30c for Australian cards), which go directly to Stripe, not to us.

Are there setup fees or lock-in contracts?

No setup fees and no lock-in. You can cancel any time, and we will export your orders, customers, and menu in a standard format before your account closes.

What does the free plan include?

Enough to get your storefront live and taking commission-free orders. Upgrade to Pro whenever you want the full platform, and your menu, orders, and customers come with you.

How does pricing work for multiple stores?
